  • Please note that you must not use containers, bowls or spoons made from any kind of metal in making the mask since metals oxidize when they come into contact with the fruit juice and clay.



  • Fruit masks are best used when prepared and applied on the same day.  Never make more than you need for a single application.


To prepare the mask, mash the fruits in a food processor or a blender.  Mix the resulting puree with other natural ingredients and thicken the mixture using clay powder.  Clay powder contains various minerals and trace elements and effectively functions as a deep cleanser.  It helps draw out the toxins, which may be lurking beneath the skin. 

Sterilize all cooking and mixing utensils in hot water to prevent contamination, which may minimize the effects of the mask.  When the mixture has reached a smooth and thick consistency, you are now ready to apply it to your face.

Applying the mask is easy.  Just apply it evenly over clean skin, taking care to avoid the eye area.  Then lie down and relax.  It is best that you keep your facial muscles still.  Remove the mask with water and cotton wool after approximately 20 minutes.  Top it off by toning the face with chamomile or rosewater infusion to close the pores.
